FOR BEST RESULTS:

Do at least four sprays of iHeRQles 

under your tongue first thing in the morning and again in the evening. (You can do more if you wish--this is food.)

Put a small amount of  iRevive cream on after washing your skin--both morning and evening.

This can be on your face, neck, brown spots, eczema, or anywhere--then rub it in.    

Four sprays of iHeRQles two to three times a day keeps it in your bloodstream all day long.  

Four months is a complete blood cycle and during that time every red blood cell dies and a new one takes its place.    So if you are doing this consistently each new cell will be formed in the presence of these high frequency molecules and take on that higher frequency, information, and nutrition--it is a complete upgrade in your blood!
